This role owns the commercial model, partner economics, and performance governance of external acquisition channels — ensuring sustainable growth, controlled costs, and strong conversion outcomes. The role is a critical enabler of the Rev Ops model, bridging partner sourcing, commercial negotiation, operational execution, and performance tracking end to end.

Daily revenue operations tracking
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new third‑party and affiliate partners for Credit Cards and Personal Loans.
Define and negotiate commercial models (CPA, CPL, revenue share) by product, segment, and channel.
Build and manage contracts in partnership with Legal, Risk, and Sourcing.
Lead internal investment requests required to onboard and scale partners.
Own third‑party performance governance, tracking lead quality, conversion, cost, and ROI.
Work with CVM and Sales to design targeted partner offers to improve conversion.
Actively optimise under‑performing partners or exit unviable relationships.
Drive daily and weekly Rev Ops performance reporting for external acquisition.
Support internal channels with insights on partner‑driven lead behaviour and conversion uplift opportunities.
