Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Commercial Sales Team and Programs team to identify valuable content and localize delivery for the Domestic US Market

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver sales and technical training courses to our stakeholders

  • Create and deliver internal training on new policies and functions of the upcoming product focus

  • Work with internal departments (sales, support, marketing, development), as appropriate, to ensure the customer or partner experience is extremely positive

  • 30% Perform remote & live presentations, POCs (Proof of Concept) within the prospect/customer environment

  • Support the operations teams with the identification and implementation of initiatives to maximize effectiveness and leverage shared services products

  • Work with Program Manager to determine requirements, demand, and timeline for RFP’s

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting a sales organization

  • Experience with CRM's preferred (Salesforce, etc)

  • Minimum 2 years of client on-site experience and proven ability to assess clients' business needs

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word

  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting, editing, and writing   accuracy, and attention to detail required

Pay Range:             

 

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00*   
 

 

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
