Senior Group Manager, Field Operations

Datadog’s Field Marketing team drives pipeline growth across global regions—and as Group Manager, Field Operations, you will play a key role in scaling that impact. In this high-visibility leadership role, you’ll lead a team of regional Field Operations Managers and serve as a strategic partner to Field Marketing leadership. You'll drive global reporting and performance frameworks, process automation, and data-driven insights to improve program efficiency and increase pipeline contribution. This is an opportunity to operate at both strategic and tactical levels—optimizing global execution, developing high-performing teams, and driving meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a global Field Operations strategy that supports pipeline generation and spend efficiency across NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards to track program performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and regional effectiveness
  • Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities using quantitative analysis, translating them into actionable insights
  • Serve as the analytics lead for Field Marketing—ensuring data accuracy and alignment on forecasting, attribution, and performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional Field Operations Managers, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and operational excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Marketing, GTMOps, Sales Ops, Finance, and other teams to align strategy, systems, and execution

Who You Are:

  • A data-driven leader with a strong analytical background and experience in marketing operations or similar roles
  • Skilled at interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable strategies
  • Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams, including distributed or regional groups
  • A collaborative partner who builds trust across cross-functional and regional teams
  • Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo)
  • Confident presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
