About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong craft, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality work at speed. You will take ownership of, and execute visually compelling designs for diverse marketing channels, primarily focusing on digital platforms. This role requires someone adaptable, highly skilled, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and confident using both traditional design tools and AI-powered creative workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the design and delivery of high-quality digital assets across social media.
  • Translate creative briefs into actionable design directions and ensure execution aligns with brand standards, audience needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, best-in-class visual work.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals and advanced craft to elevate visual quality across all outputs.
  • Utilise AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to enhance ideation, speed, and experimentation.
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of trends, platform evolutions, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Create detailed mockups, style frames, and design systems that guide project direction.
  • Manage the full design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guide junior designers where needed.
  • Maintain organised file structures and ensure smooth handover to internal teams.

 

About You

The essentials:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or content-heavy environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, branding, and digital storytelling.
  • Highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with rapid turnarounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, delivering pixel-perfect work consistently.
  • A proactive mindset — comfortable taking ownership and pushing projects forward.
  • Experience using AI design tools or a strong willingness to upskill quickly.
  • Ability to balance independent work with strong cross-team collaboration.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Experience designing for large-scale government brands or national-level clients.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or the ability to direct motion designers.
  • Familiarity with localisation and culturally nuanced design for the MENA region.
