Our mission is to offer an unparalleled selection of experiences, encompassing not only iconic attractions but also hidden gems in lesser-known destinations.
Our relentless Selection efforts span the entire journey - from defining the types of inventory that will captivate our travellers, to generating leads of passionate suppliers, and converting those leads through dynamic inbound and outbound channels. We are dedicated to activating all newly acquired activities on the marketplace, ensuring every Modern Explorer can find these unforgettable experiences.

Your mission
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new category verticals (e.g. Shows & Events) to drive business growth.
- Gather an in-depth understanding of the individual industries and craft our value proposition to suppliers.
- Assemble and prioritise a list of new categories based on market research and financial opportunity.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless and successful market launches.
- Conduct data analyses to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, engaging with senior-level stakeholders (directors, VPs, and C-level executives).
Your toolkit
- 6+ years in Business Development, Strategy, or Marketing in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS company.
- A self-starter with sharp commercial acumen, ready to tackle projects with a bold, test-and-learn mindset.
- Strategic thinker and business developer, breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
- Data dynamo, using tools like Excel, Looker, and external datasets to fuel your strategies.
- You thrive in ambiguity, confidently taking the lead without needing detailed instructions.
- You’re a pro at managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving engagement and efficiency.
