Senior Global Benefits Analyst

Do you have a passion for optimizing employee benefits and enhancing the workforce experience? Ivanti is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic, globally distributed team and take our benefits programs to the next level. 

Why this role matters 

As a Senior Benefits Analyst at Ivanti, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our global benefits programs across multiple regions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing competitive and compliant benefits strategies that support our diverse workforce and align with our organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of international benefits regulations, market trends, and employee needs.   

 What you’ll do: 

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellbeing, and leave policies  
  • Benchmark benefits offerings against industry standards and regional norms to ensure competitiveness  
  • Collaborate with HR to understand local norms, compliance with local laws and regulations  
  • Partner with vendors and brokers to manage renewals, negotiations, and service delivery  
  • Assist in global benefits projects such as plan redesigns, M&A integrations, and policy harmonization  
  • Develop and maintain benefits documentation, including plan summaries, employee communications, and compliance reports  
  • Monitor and report on benefits utilization, cost trends, and employee satisfaction  
  • Support annual open enrollment processes and global benefits audits  
  • Provide guidance and training to HR Operations and employees on benefits-related matters 
  • Leverage data insights to recommend plan improvements, optimize costs, and enhance employee experience   

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a global or regional role 
  • Strong knowledge of international benefits regulations and practices (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM) 
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus) 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapidly evolving, matrixed environment
