Position Summary

CVS Health’s internal creative agency, Heart Haus, is seeking a Generative Designer, Video Content to create compelling video content using generative AI tools. This role blends creativity and technical expertise to produce motion graphics, edit videos, and integrate AI into design workflows. A strong storytelling mindset and ability to craft visually engaging narratives are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce AI-generated video content.
  • Edit and assemble raw and AI-generated footage into polished narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Develop advanced prompting techniques for visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to translate briefs into compelling video stories.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends to enhance creative capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in video editing, motion design, or content creation with hands-on generative AI experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video and motion graphics work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and familiarity with generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Google Veo 3).
  • Proficient on MAC and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large organizations or creative agencies.
  • Background in retail or healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with MRM tools (e.g., Workfront).
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Production, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
