Job Title: R&D Engineer (Cloud & Data Technologies)

🚀 Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled R&D Engineer to contribute to innovative solutions in cloud technologies, database systems, and software development. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), excellent programming abilities (preferably Python), and a solid understanding of database concepts. Exceptional communication and articulation skills are a must to succeed in our dynamic, collaborative environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, and develop cloud-native applications and services using Azure or AWS
Analyze, architect, and optimize database systems for performance and scalability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore emerging technologies and bring innovation to product development
Write high-quality, well-documented code using modern software engineering best practices
Present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders through verbal and written communication
Conduct performance benchmarking, testing, and validation of R&D deliverables
Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud computing and database ecosystems
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in software development or R&D roles
Strong proficiency in Python (or any equivalent programming language)
Sound understanding of relational and non-relational databases
Proven hands-on experience with either Azure or AWS native services
Ability to articulate complex technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving mindset and research-oriented approach
🌟 Preferred Skills:
Experience with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Machine Learning or AI-based projects
Open-source contributions or published research papers
