We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Specialist specialising in Blue Yonder Planning and Automation to join our Technology team.

You’ll get hands‑on with our Blue Yonder Category Management and Space Planning tools, shaping how we use technology to create consistent and efficient space planning across the Bunnings network.

What’s involved

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Bring deep functional expertise to our Blue Yonder Category Management environment, configuring and enhancing modules to support high‑quality planogram execution.
• Lead the uplift of space automation, shaping rule‑based planograms, templates and automated refresh processes that scale across our network.
• Use your hands‑on skills across planograms, space planning and floor planning to strengthen standards and consistency.
• Build capability across Bunnings by training and uplifting Category Managers, Space Planners and other users on new processes and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues and guide practical root‑cause solutions that improve reliability.
• Support integrations and enhancements across the wider Category Management Suite, contributing to strengthened end‑to‑end planning.
• Play a key role in upgrades, testing cycles and continuous improvement, helping streamline workflows and improve automation stability.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 5+ years’ hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder Category Management and Category Knowledge Base (CKB).
• Strong, proven experience delivering and supporting space automation.
• Deep capability across planograms, space planning and floor planning.
• Experience configuring and enhancing Blue Yonder modules, not just using them.
• Ability to train, coach and uplift internal teams with clarity and confidence.
• Senior hands‑on functional expertise with the Blue Yonder suite
