About the Client
Our client is a global leader in the energy sector, specializing in both subsea and surface technologies. Their mission is to enhance the performance of the world’s energy industry. What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (backend & frontend)
- Build frontend solutions using React and Material Design
- Develop backend services (Python) and RESTful APIs
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases
- Implement end-to-end testing (Playwright)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and repositories using GitHub Actions
- Deploy and maintain applications in AWS
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and code quality
- Collaborate in globally distributed Agile teams
- Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in the gas & oil industry
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge of Python, React, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS infrastructure
- Experience with GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Playwright (or other E2E testing tools)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of full-stack architecture and REST APIs
- Interest in sustainable technology solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with NumPy/SciPy
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript backend
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency
