Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Collaborate with business teams and solution architects to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure services).
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide technical support to ensure stability and security.
Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and help elevate team technical capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in Power Platform development.
Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate workflows.
Strong understanding of Dataverse data model and security strategies, capable of implementing complex business logic.
Familiar with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and able to develop custom connectors and plugins.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400).
Front-end development experience (React, Angular, HTML/CSS) to enhance UI and user experience.
Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) or Dynamics 365 integration.
Experience with Agile development and DevOps practices.
