About the Role
We’re hiring a senior Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth to work on Jobscan, a multi-domain SaaS product helping job seekers optimize resumes using data, rules-based logic, and AI.
This is an end-to-end ownership role across product and marketing surfaces. You’ll build and optimize systems that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion - spanning landing pages, SPA UI, APIs, and infrastructure — then iterate based on data.

A product-minded engineer who can turn ambiguous growth problems into measurable, shipped improvements. You should:

- Be comfortable running experiments and iterating quickly
- Understand how technical decisions impact conversion, SEO, and user behavior
