Your Responsibilities
Advanced Modeling: Build dynamic models and perform analyses to guide decisionmaking, support new market entry, and increase operational efficiency.
Business Case Creation: Evaluate business opportunities, highlighting strategic value and identifying financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to peers, business partners, and senior leaders to guide resource allocation, investment decisions and development of new capabilities.
Operational Excellence: Conduct benchmarking of operational and financial results across product lines, markets, and competitors. Design and standardize workflows and processes to improve team efficiency, including implementation of AI and automation
Forecasting & Planning: Develop and present annual financial goal and quarterly forecasts to program stakeholders and finance leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred
6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
Strong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions and departments
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
Ability to lead core processes across a hybrid team
Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data
