This role will play a key part in building a standardized, self‑service FP&A data and planning platform across EMEA. By leveraging Microsoft Fabric and the Power Platform, the position will enable faster planning cycles, improved data quality, and scalable analytics to support finance decision‑making across multiple countries and legal entities.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a standardized EMEA FP&A data model across multiple legal entities
Build and maintain Power Apps to collect, validate, and standardize payroll and planning inputs
Develop Power Automate workflows to support approvals, controls, and auditability
Build, operate, and optimize a Microsoft Fabric lakehouse (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
Partner closely with FP&A, HR, and local finance teams to drive adoption and usage
Define the analytics backlog, data standards, and foundations for future reporting and planning enhancements
Preferred Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern Azure data platforms, including lakehouse architecture and data modeling
Proven delivery experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally within finance or planning environments
Solid understanding of FP&A processes, including payroll, budgeting, forecasting, cost centers, and variance analysis
Experience standardizing and automating finance or HR data across multiple countries or legal entities
Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with the ability to design finance-ready datasets
Comfortable working independently in a greenfield setup and translating business needs into scalable data solutions
Salary Range: 40.000 and 55.000 Euros.
