A Day in Your Life at MKS/Atotech:

As an FP&A Analyst at MKS/Atotech, you will partner with finance teams across the world to support business decisions by validating forecasting, analyzing financial performance and providing insights to drive growth and efficiency. In this role, you will report to the FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide FP&A finance support to the controlling teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics.
  • Help to identify and understand business challenges, propose and create solutions.
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Partner with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Work on corporate projects and initiatives.
  • Dive into financial data to provide additional insights.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work on continuous improvement of the reports and processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Academic graduate in Finance Accounting and/or Controlling or comparable.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in Finance (preferred in BPO/SCC).
  • Good to have working experience in Controlling or/and FP&A.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience with consolidation tools is a plus (e.g., Oracle HFM).
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Soft skills – organized, communicative, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
