The Senior Financial Systems Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the Bank’s financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to improve how data is delivered, understood, and used across the organization. Key Accountabilities
Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of financial planning and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Partner with Finance and Technology teams to identify and implement system enhancements that streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Serve as the subject matter expert for financial systems by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to users.
Manage data integrations between financial tools and source systems, including mapping, validation, and issue resolution.
Develop standardized reports, dashboards, and analytics that support forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and new functionality rollouts to ensure alignment with business needs and internal controls.
Translate business requirements into technical system solutions and lead cross-functional efforts to implement them.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and advancing financial systems best practices.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of financial services experience with exposure to FP&A, financial modeling, and data analysis
4+ years working with financial planning/reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar)
Experience with data integration and system workflows
Preferred:
4+ years of experience with SQL and business intelligence tools
