Position : Senior Financial Planning & Analyst (Capex Finance)
What will you do?
- Own and manage the capital expenditure budget, ensuring alignment with financial capacity and strategic goals
- Monitor and control project costs, recommending solutions to avoid cost overruns
- Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period
- Conduct cost-benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making
- Support the annual Capex investment planning process across business units
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including PO and accrual reviews
- Present analysis and recommendations to senior management in a clear, impactful manner
- Collaborate with Project Managers, HQ FP&A, and fulfillment center finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting
- Present and explain financial analysis, recommendations, and complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Contribute to quarterly investment reviews and help shape Capex strategy
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analytical and forecasting functions with a focus on Capex and depreciation.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel
- Experience working with large datasets and automating reports (SQL, Python a plus)
- Effective communication skills to present analysis to stakeholders
- Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and drive for continuous improvement
- Solid financial modeling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English reading and writing, with intermediate or higher speaking skills
- Experience using SAP (FI/CO)
- Experience working in a matrix organization or global environment
- Accounting-related certifications
- Experience using SQL or Python
