Your role at Clorox:

Provide financial support for our Product Supply Organization supporting multiple businesses

In this role, you will:

•Lead SBU relationship and Support Total Company Delivered Cost Consolidation and Reporting

•Lead forecast process for Raw & Pack and D&D working closely with Supply Planning

•Support the annual standards setting process and training

•Review and understand production variances vs. Standards. Partner with supply chain and SBU finance partners to understand and forecast variances.

•Ensure monthly accounting close for owned accounts, including usage and at standard rate variances, are performed in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures, Internal Controls Compliance, and GAAP 

•Ensure forecast, gap deliverables and insights are provided to support the business

•Consistently demonstrate active financial leadership and influence to drive superior business results through cost management 

•Actively lead, participate, and bring closure to continuous improvement projects (Ad hoc work, projects, gap closing, etc.)

What we look for:

•Strong knowledge of US GAAP with 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting

•Strong knowledge of Clorox systems including SAP and Anaplan. Power BI is a bonus

•Advanced level English

•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

•Strong analytical and leadership skills. Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and tasks and ensures timely resolution

•Ability to work effectively in teams (both within Finance and cross-functionally) 

•Strong planning & organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload to meet deadlines

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
