This is an onsite role [#LI-Onsite]

Do you have a passion for Treasury and a desire to make a meaningful impact beyond day-to-day execution?

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Treasury, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing the company’s treasury strategy. This role goes beyond daily treasury operations—you will take ownership of core treasury activities, drive continuous improvement, contribute to strategic initiatives, and lead projects across cash management, investments, foreign exchange, and systems.

You will partner closely with Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to enhance treasury processes, ensure compliance with Board‑approved Treasury & Risk Management policies, and deliver insightful analysis.

About the Role

Core Treasury & Risk Management

  • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity requirements, and short to medium term cash forecasting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective decision support.
  • Execute money market investments and foreign exchange hedging strategies in alignment with Treasury Policy, while monitoring counterparty limits and market conditions.
  • Support loan and debt management activities and complete essential treasury accounting tasks, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
  • Prepare management and Board level reporting such as liquidity analysis, dashboards, cash plans, re forecasts, and other treasury insights.
  • Contribute to treasury system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements to processes, controls, and documentation.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, Legal, Internal Audit, and other business partners to support planning, reporting, system improvements, and process efficiency.
  • Act as a key point of contact with banking partners, supporting relationship management, account structures, services, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to coordinate cash planning, forecasting, and treasury related initiatives.

About You

  • Post‑secondary education in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive treasury experience with strong hands‑on exposure to cash management, forecasting, financial planning, FX, investments, and risk management.
  • Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, or CPA (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, liquidity management, and treasury best practices.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex financial analysis and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Hyperion) is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of VBA and SQL/database development is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable leading initiatives and driving process improvements with minimal supervision.

We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits including:

  • Health/Dental Benefits
  • Access to an Employee & Family Assistance Program
  • A Defined Benefit Pension
  • Discounts on products and services via Workperks.
