Team Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a financial consultant to our Sales team on building deal models and understanding complex pricing structures. In addition to partnering deeply with our Sales team, will also partner with other areas of finance to ensure that we are enabling our business partners to pursue business that is best for Sabre from a financial perspective.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building out deal models and P&Ls for all deals in APAC regions with opportunities in additional regions.
  • Accountable for the accurate reflection of financial implications and margins on all deals.
  • Take complex P&L and deal structures and confidently explain complicated concepts to the C-Level.
  • Conduct the financial concurrence process to ensure that Sabre adheres to internal and external audit requirements.
  • Perform analysis in conjunction with accounting to ensure that revenue recognition processes are followed and do not have a negative impact on deal outcomes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with globally diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to tell the story and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication/data visualization skills with the ability to summarize and clearly articulate complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment, having comfort with ambiguity.
