The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,625 - $135,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is what you will do in this role:
- Participate in monthly forecasts and annual budget process including ownership of capital, shared service allocations, SG&A, miscellaneous cost centers, and regional headcount.
- Partner with Project Controlling and Sales Controlling to deliver accurate submission of order intake, sales, and margin data.
- Provide financial business partner support to Quality and EHS teams
- Prepare and review management reports for annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and month-end summaries.
- Perform financial modeling including forecast and long-range STRAP scenarios.
- Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, insightful commentary, and on-time delivery.
- Support Oracle reporting enhancements including capital and Business Unit profitability.
- Add value to the Finance function through the identification and implementation of process improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc.
- Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities.
- Work on special project and improvement teams as needed.
- Support Finance’s intern program and provide mentorship to FP&A intern.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or public accounting.
- Motivated self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving.
- Strong communication skills, with high level of professionalism and a detail orientated mindset.
- Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow.
- Financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or BI is an advantage.
- The ideal candidate will aspire to use this role as a springboard into financial management, project controlling or operations controlling within approximately 2 years.
