Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent analytical capabilities, have a solid understanding of the levers that impact financials results, be data driven and detail oriented to analyze both quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights and results.
Responsibilities: This individual will become a critical part of the team and help drive several key activities including business planning and financial analysis for the Routing Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit. This is a great role for a highly motivated individual who can function in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. The individual must be detail oriented and highly analytical, constantly look for areas of improvement, and implement automation in order to reduce manual work load to focus on delivering insights into the business.
Financial Modeling, Reporting And Analysis Skills
Own the consolidation of financial data, develop detailed and insightful analysis to support the routing business
Lead the development and maintenance of forecasting models and other product related complex models
Lead the co-ordination of overall business planning activities working with cross functional business owners
Review long term business case projection for new Hardware and Software programs (NPIs)
Lead the development and implementation of relevant business-related metrics and processes to support key decision making
Business And Communication Skills
Understand the big picture as well as details of a business and effectively communicate to guide successful outcomes
Ability to communicate and present business analysis to business partners and other key stakeholders
Business partnering skills with proactive approach to guiding the business with financial intelligence and insight.
Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or usage business models preferred
Consistent track record of finance business partnering and leadership
Responsible for continuous process improvement and implementation of toolkits to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
MBA preferred with a passion for technology and finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of synthesizing multiple sources and large amount of data
Attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with systems such as SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, Hyperion, and Alteryx
7+ years of relevant experience preferred
