This position will report to the Senior Manager, S&M FP&A and will enjoy a level of executive visibility and impact within a newly public company scaling for its next stage of growth.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and have a proven track record of providing superior financial and strategic analysis (ideally across the GTM organization). This role will partner closely with our GTM Finance team to report on the success of our S&M efforts, support strategic initiatives, provide decision making support, assist in managing expenses while highlighting risks/opportunities, and working on critical projects across the GTM team.  In this role, you will provide timely financial insights and outlook in order to help make informed and trusted decisions for our company.  We value strategic insight, at all levels of the organization, and will depend on you to achieve the extraordinary! What you'll do:

  • Headcount Management & Reporting: Proactively manage and action on headcount requests, including role openings, and upleveling roles alongside S&M Finance Business Partners.  Monitor dynamic headcount changes in volatile orgs, organize requests, and build scalable processes for streamlined tracking and approval.

  • Detailed Reporting & Forecasting: Build and maintain comprehensive reports for standardized processes including, but not exclusive to month end/quarter end, monthly forecast cycles, and annual plan.  Partner with stakeholders and S&M Finance Business Partners to align on budgets, actuals, and forecasts while identifying actionable insights.

  • KPI Tracking & Data Analytics: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate S&M spend efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to track metrics and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.

  • Leadership Reporting: Provide monthly headcount and spend reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and actionable recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally (with Accounting, Operations, HR and the rest of the Finance team) to tackle complex projects that span across the GTM organization ensuring seamless communication across teams and support process improvements.

  • Build robust financial frameworks and reporting - you will own financial frameworks to drive decision making support across the S&M organization, owning both financial modeling and reporting

  • Help us scale - develop tools, systems, and process improvements to drive automation, efficiency, and discipline in deal structures 

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably from a SaaS tech company in a finance/strategy role or public accounting.

  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.

  • Proven experience building and managing financial models, analyzing datasets, and effectively communicating insights.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

  • Proven track record and ability to work cross-functionally, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Highly analytical and a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling; experience with Coefficient, Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM, and Financials to ensure accurate and scalable reporting is preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of SQL (or other data querying languages) is a plus

  • Familiarity with creating visualizations (through Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus

  • Experience with modeling and forecasting Sales Commissions is a plus

  • A creative thinker with a focus on process improvements and efficiency.
