ABOUT THE POSITION
Senior Financial Analyst at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: you’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, uncover key trends behind the numbers, and support leadership with actionable recommendations. By improving FP&A processes and building strong financial models, you’ll help guide the business toward sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support annual budgeting and contribute to long-term financial planning.
- Monitor business performance and analyze variances vs. budget, forecast, and targets.
- Deliver timely performance reporting with root-cause analysis and actionable insights.
- Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for management and business teams.
- Own and evolve cost allocation methodologies across departments, geographies, and products.
- Build financial and scenario models for business cases and strategic decisions.
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
- Improve and automate FP&A processes and reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Good grasp of financial statements, accounting basics, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA), experience with BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker), and ERP systems (BC365).
- Clear communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders effectively.
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive approach, willingness to improve processes, and interest in digital or AI-driven tools.
SALARY: 4200 - 5600 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
