Abbott is looking for a (Senior) Financial Analyst to join our Structural Heart Division at the EMEA Headquarters in Diegem. What You’ll Do
Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within Finance
Streamline reporting and planning processes through innovative tools and analytics
Deliver timely and accurate actuals reporting and variance analysis
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
Prepare EMEA management reports and consolidations
Support Marketing with financial insights and analysis
Ensure data integrity across tools (HFM, SAP, BO, Dodeca, Power BI)
Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by management
What We’re Looking For
University degree in Applied Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field (MBA or analytics certification is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or data analytics
Strong understanding of FP&A processes and strategic planning
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAP, BO, Dodeca, HFM
Experience with automation tools and data visualization
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
Fluent in English
