The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst (Level 4) to provide support for the Finance People Development (FPD) team located in one of these locations:

  • Arizona: Mesa

  • Missouri: Berkley or Hazelwood

  • Pennsylvania: Ridley Park

  • South Carolina: North Charleston

  • Texas: Plano

  • Washington: Everett, Renton or Seattle

The Senior Financial Analyst will primarily support training development across the enterprise. Working with various finance leadership teams, integrators, and other stakeholders, the analyst will be responsible for providing programs to ensure high performance and productivity of finance teammates by strengthening their financial acumen and soft skills.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Finance training development and execution with a specific focus on the Finance Internship Program, Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP), and the Audit Leadership Development Program (ALDP)

  • Partner with Finance leaders and HR to understand training requirements and align programs with business objectives

  • Manage multiple learning projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on outcomes

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning programs

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Currently have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

  • 3+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules or solutions

  • Able and willing to travel 20% of the time domestically

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working across the Enterprise spanning multiple business units and/or functions

  • Subject Matter Expert in data analysis and presenting findings using advanced skills in Excel

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for PA; TX; WA: $122,400 - $165,600

Summary pay range for AZ; MO; SC: $114,750 - $155,250
