Our Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our BDS Controllership team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.

The selected candidate will serve as a Financial Integrator/Chief of Staff supporting the BDS Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will provide the unique opportunity of assisting the BDS Finance leadership team run and continuously improve the business.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate the completion of executive level artifacts, presentations and content

  • Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals

  • Support BDS CFO to manage daily operations (All Employee Meetings, All Manager Meetings, Roundtables, Staff Meetings, other employee communications and engagement, etc.)

  • Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, and Division Finance teams in the achievement of financial and organizational objectives

  • Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

  • Collaborate with other divisional and functional Executive Assistants (EAs) in support of the business

  • Management and update BDS Finance management system tools (OneNote, SharePoint, file shares, websites, etc.)

  • Lead continuous process improvement and special project initiatives 

  • Deliver outcomes while working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel

  • Responsibilities may vary in response to evolving business requirements

  • Domestic travel up to 10%

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • 5+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and reporting performance metrics

  • Experience leading projects

  • Experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as data manipulation tools (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, charting) and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI) tools

This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the schedule requiring onsite presence.

Summary Pay Range: $114,750 - $155,250
