The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity to join the Future Finance Systems Team as a Senior Finance Project Delivery Lead (Level 4 or 5) at one of the major Boeing Sites listed below:

              Missouri: Berkeley or Hazelwood

              Washington: Renton or Seattle

In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams and functions to drive project planning, execution, and completion shaping the future of the Finance Systems ERP roadmap in support of Boeing’s main business unit organizations. This position will support the Boeing Global Services – Government (BGS-G)  Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. In this influential role, you’ll engage with numerous and diverse stakeholders across teams and business units and present to Finance Leadership, making your mark on high-impact decisions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and timely completion of Finance deliverables
  • Leads and supports the establishment of the project finance scope, timeline (s), and sets team priorities, objectives, and assumptions to guide planning work
  • Responsible for reporting project schedule progress, issues, risks, and opportunities to the Future Finance Systems Leadership and the ERP Project Management Office
  • Coordinates with Finance ERP Business Unit focals, Process Integration design leads, and System Integration Leads to ensure adequate business resources are engaged timely in project activities
  • Leads cross functional integration between finance and other workstreams, such as procurement, HR/Payroll, and logistics, to ensure seamless end to end process flow
  • Responsible for the incorporation of Enterprise standard requirements, adherence to approved Enterprise designs, and Finance system design principles (e.g. simplification and fit-to-standard)
  • Ensures project governance alignment and stage “gates” to ensure the finance workstream aligns with overall program objectives.
  • Prepares presentation materials and effectively conveys key messages to program management and senior leadership

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in data science, accounting, finance, business management, information systems, general business or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in managing complex project schedules and managing large scale program and projects
  • 3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP/Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning
  • 3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management
  • 3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • 3+ years of Chang Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team or a project
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience with finance and accounting processes
  • Project Management Professional Certification and or SAP certifications including extensive SAP Activate Project Manager expertise
  • Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, global project experience
  • Specific industry experience (e.g. manufacturing) and BGS-G Finance/Business expertise
  • Knowledge and Experience with overseeing system configuration, testing, data migration, and user training
  • Strong proven ability in stakeholder management, change management, and leading cross functional teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range – Washington (Senior, Level 4): $128,350 - $173,650

Summary pay range – Washington (Lead, Level 5): $158,980 - $215,050

Summary pay range – Missouri (Senior, Level 4): $119,850 - $162,150

Summary pay range – Missouri (Lead, Level 5): $148,750 - $201,250
