Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in close collaboration with Accounting, ensuring full compliance with FHCS and F&Co standards
Act as a strategic finance business partner for Global Functions, enabling decision‑making through transparent financial insights
Own the annual operating planning, cost structures, and central charging model for FHCS services
Drive cost reviews, variance analyses, and financial governance across departments and projects
Ensure financial audits, compliance with internal/external regulations, and alignment with GRC requirements
Lead efficient controlling processes (e.g. intercompany, P2P), including documentation and continuous improvement
Serve as key contact for auditors, tax authorities, and the Works Council Economic Committee
Lead and develop the controlling team and manage talent development
Oversee contract governance and documentation in Doxis
Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
6+ years of controlling experience in a sales or production environment
Business fluent English and German
Strong SAP CO expertise; experience with Hyperion preferred
Solid knowledge of IFRS and German HGB accounting standards
Confident user of MS Office and financial data management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional networks
