Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Performance
Lead the delivery of timely and accurate monthly reporting
Own P&L management including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis
Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
Budgeting & Forecasting
Manage annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
Build and maintain financial models (e.g. Anaplan)
Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and performance trends
Risk & Controls
Ensure strong compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial integrity
Stakeholder Management
Partner with senior leaders across finance and operations
Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
Influence decision-making through strong commercial acumen
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process and system improvements
Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
About You
CA/CPA qualified
Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex environment
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (Anaplan experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
