Job Description Summary:

Lead the CPS North America (ABBP and Puerto Rico plants) financial activities, including but not limited to FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Finance Leadership and Internal Control’s. 
 

Collaborate with key stakeholders within CPS and NAOU to ensure complete alignment with business needs and objectives, and act as a change agent to drive superior performance, champion finance transformation initiatives, and foster strong business partnering to deliver impactful financial solutions and support strategic decision-making. 

 

Key duties/responsibilities: 

  •  Serve as a member of the CPS NA Leadership Team and key player to drive the transformation of the organization as well as the team’s engagement. 
  •  Responsible for leading a team - recruit, develop and sustain a diverse and high-performing team.Coach, guide, and mentor team in managing and building their quantitative and analytical skills. Establishing key relationships that can be leveraged to strengthen team capabilities and to provide career advancement opportunities in the organization.  
  •  Lead the CPS North America annual Regional Standards and Business Planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities. 
  •  Lead Finance drive and support, including strategic and tactical thinking, to deliver CPS NA operating income, productivity, overheads and Working Capital annual targets 
  •  Implement audit, control policies and procedures to ensure proper use and protection of assetsDevelop financial policies, budgets, cost control procedures and test audit compliance.  Liaise and provide support to Corporate Audit Department and Ernst & Young. 
  •  Coordinate all tax matters with Corporate Tax department and continually search for opportunities for capitalization of financial opportunities. 
  •  Management of Core Finance/Accounting & Internal Control activities for CPS NA while working closely with Platform Services Financial Hub to ensure accurate CPS financials and drive continuous improvement in finance processes. 
  •  Make sure all processes within Finance function comply with Company requirements and are executed in high standards as well as generating an environment of value creation, productivity, and constant process optimization. 
  •  Support the Transformation initiatives aligned with CPS NA and deliver the results of strategic commitments. 
  •  Partner closely with CPS Center and KO Corporate to support global initiatives and goals. 

 

 Supervisory Responsibilities and Organization Impact/Influence 

Direct reports: 

  • 2 Financial Services Sr. Manager 

  • 1 Business Planning Sr. Manager 

  • 1 Accounting Sr. Manager 

 

Travel required: 15%, mainly between Atlanta and Puerto Rico eventually to other CPS locations. 

 

Job Requirements/Qualifications 

Type of previous work experience required: 

  • +7 years of regional/global financial management experience with responsibility for operations with people and resources management experience 

  • Experienced in Annual Business Planning and strategic thinking including applying forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies, analyzing information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning/re-planning, and controlling actual results vs. budget.   

  • Must possess ability to motivate and develop the talent and to collaborate with cross-functional peers to define the business plan/rolling estimate deliverables.    

  • Strong understanding of KO global business model and ability to link business results and finance performance through strong business acumen and knowledge of the KO system. 

 

Education  

Bachelor’s degree in BBA - Accounting or FinanceCPA and/or MBA. 

 

Languages 

Fluent English & Spanish (desirable) 

 

Technical skills and certification

Pay Range:

$175,000 - $202,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
