Let's talk about the team:

Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) is establishing a dedicated reporting and insights capability to strengthen transparency, process adoption, and performance tracking across finance operations. We are looking for a technically proficient and business-focused Data & Analytics Specialist to join our team. The role involves building scalable data models, developing intuitive data views, and supporting self-service dashboards for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Record-to-Report (R2R), process efficiency, and wider efficiency metrics. You’ll work closely with IT and finance partners to align with enterprise data standards while enabling the business with practical, user-friendly analytics solutions. Success in this role requires curiosity, adaptability, and an ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Design scalable and user-friendly data models that enable self-service analytics and data discovery.
  • Create business-friendly data views that abstract underlying raw data complexities and support intuitive data exploration.
  • Support building and maintaining self-service dashboards and reporting tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics.
  • Partner closely with EFS leadership and process owners to define KPIs and metrics for efficiency, automation, and process adoption.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with Resmed’s governance and risk protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of an EFS productivity metric framework and dashboard suite as part of our 2030 operating model vision.
  • Support EFS initiatives on the process standardization efforts.
  • Support training and guidance to the business users in using the analytics tools.

Let's talk about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI development, analytics, or data modeling roles.
  • Proficiency with data tools like Alteryx, SQL, Python, and visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Celonis.
  • Experience working with Oracle systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
  • Exposure to shared service models and E2E process thinking is preferred.
