In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Professional to join the Finance Consulting team.
Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions
Support and supervise the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations and project deliverables
Advise clients on leveraging digital technologies to reshape the CFO agenda and optimize finance operations
Drive improvements in core finance processes, including budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring
Collaborate with experienced and senior consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to execution
Participate in client meetings and discussions, presenting solutions and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication across project teams
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new methodologies
Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities to build team capability
What you bring matters
3–6 years of professional experience in an accounting department, with solid knowledge of accounting workflows, month-end close activities and related processes
Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset
Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
A bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
Familiarity with accounting/reporting standards (Greek GAAP, IFRS) and the relevant accounting and consolidation cycle
Exposure in redesign of account hierarchies, financial statements or management accounts preparation
Exposure to accounting systems or tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Consolidation/Reporting Platforms) and experience in documentation of business requirements and processes in relation to the implementation of a system will be considered an asset
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and develop junior staff will be an asset
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal form
A confident, positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships, working in diverse teams, and continuously learning
