The Job:  

As a Senior Finance Analyst, SEF GSC, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain (GSC) team working as a remote employee.  You’ll get to:  

  • Lead strategic management and evaluation of the division’s operational working capital including A/P, Inventory and Capital Investment and partner with business leadership and cross functional teams to drive meaningful improvements and improve Operating Cash Flow to contribute to execution of Enterprise FCF goals.
  • Proactively analyzes key business information, identifies important insights, and advises business leaders of emerging trends and potential recommendations.
  • Advises cross-functional teams on business/data insights, trends and recommendations.
  • Participates proactively in strategic business reviews and business team meetings as a team member and business partner.
  • Provides financial leadership to Enterprise-level initiatives, which may include broad-based business modeling, short and long-term financial impacts, scenario analysis, presentation to senior leadership.
  • Queries Company databases to extract key financial and fulfillment data and synthesizes into meaningful business analysis.
  • Consolidate strategic initiatives for presentation and review with leadership.

Supply Chain Finance

  • Analyze and monitor working capital components, including A/P, inventory, and capital investments, to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce days payable outstanding (DPO), and enhance inventory turnover.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual working capital reports; present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align inventory management practices with financial objectives.
  • Evaluate capital investment proposals, conduct financial modeling, and support business case development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of A/P transactions; resolve discrepancies and support vendor management.
  • Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations related to working capital metrics.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives affecting working capital management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from a four-year college/university.
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • Ability to work independently and to know when to ask for help in resolving specific financial issues. Must be able to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and concepts to perform tasks listed in Responsibilities above.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting including standard costing, budgeting, cash flow forecasting techniques, financial statement analysis including key trends analysis, project costing techniques, financial controls, and business case analysis.
  • Strategic outlook driven to make process improvements.
  • Advanced level Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI and MS PowerPoint required.
