We’re looking for a Senior Field Service Manager to join our service team in Melbourne, Victoria. In this position, you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians in our service team, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate your team.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and delivering repair/maintenance works

  • Monitoring material inventory control and technician rostering

  • Managing performance and skill development of the team including shift and escalator crews

  • Spending time out in the field developing business relationships

  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction

Are you the one?

  • Experience from construction, facilities management or vertical transport industries

  • Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams

  • Strong commitment to safety in the workplace

  • Ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact

  • High emotional intelligence
