A day in the Life:

  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of HR-ICP-MS, GD-MS and MC-ICP-MS instruments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and find opportunities for improvement.

Education

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of three years’ experience with HR-ICP-MS and/or MC-ICP-MS instruments.
  • Experience in a laboratory, technical support, or scientific instrumentation environment preferred.
  • Proficient in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and reporting.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Preparedness to travel widely throughout the UK and Europe (around 75% of the time), including overnight accommodations when necessary. A valid UK driver’s licence and passport are required.
