The role:

In this role, you’ll lead marketing strategies that drive growth and influence product adoption in an externally facing field-based role.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Lead product launch planning and implementation across APAC markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance, and report on ROI for key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and adoption.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
