As one of HubSpot’s first marketers based in India, you’ll shape how we show up in one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS markets in the world. In this 12-month, high-impact role, you’ll build the field marketing playbook for India, launch local programs, and create the pipeline that fuels our regional growth. This is a career-defining opportunity for a marketer who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling what works.
Build and execute field marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and brand awareness in India
Own end-to-end event delivery for 1–2 major industry conferences each year, from venue sourcing to ROI reporting
Partner with Sales to book onsite meetings with target accounts and accelerate deal cycles
Lead the local execution of HubSpot CONNECT, collaborating with APAC marketing and customer teams to deliver a standout experience
Launch India’s scaled webinar program, managing planning, promotion, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up
Partner cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Marketing to align on content and pipeline goals
Track, analyze, and report on lead quality, pipeline health, and event ROI to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Champion localized content and storytelling to engage the India market while maintaining HubSpot’s global brand standards
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
Proven success driving measurable pipeline through events and scaled programs
Demonstrated experience planning and executing industry conferences or customer events end-to-end
Hands-on experience running webinar programs that convert—from registration to sales follow-up
Strong understanding of India’s B2B landscape, including regional buying dynamics
History of close collaboration with Sales to achieve shared revenue goals
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects using tools such as Asana
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and delivers results independently
Familiarity with HubSpot’s customer platform or similar CRM/marketing tools
Experience in SaaS or technology marketing across APAC markets
Comfort analyzing campaign performance metrics and translating insights into action
Demonstrated ability to document and scale repeatable marketing processes
Location: Bangalore, India
Work Type: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite weekly)
Travel: Occasional travel for industry conferences and customer events
