Job Description
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of change management plans for AWM field initiatives impacting all field channels. This includes applying a proven implementation process to design and execute pilot plans, validating advisor and client experience, and refining strategies and tactics prior to national rollout. Additionally, you will oversee end to end execution of national rollout plans—including communications, training, field facing resources, and support and measure outcomes post rollout and adjust tactics to ensure successful field adoption.Key Responsibilities
Assess program and initiative impacts to define the field change experience and required adoption outcomes.
Identify advisors and practice adoption barriers and translate them into actionable change strategies.
Lead the development of change management strategies and plans in partnership with business partners, field leadership, communications, training, support, and other stakeholders.
Design and lead pilot and national rollout plans, ensuring readiness, alignment, and a consistent field experience.
Own execution of change plans, driving milestone completion and on‑time implementation across teams.
Drive advisor uptake and engagement, leveraging resources and managing tracking systems to monitor objectives, activity, and results.
Conduct post‑implementation reviews to evaluate adoption, measure business outcomes, and identify improvements for future initiatives.
Required Qualifications
7 - 10 years' relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently while also comfortable working with a team to drive results
Ability to implement change, drive results, and hold others accountable
Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Familiarity and knowledge of Ameriprise Financial field organization (AAG, AFIG, APWG and AFG) and advisor practices, including business drivers, policies, and processes
Proven project management skills, with the ability to take an initiative from concept to deep execution, to follow-through and measurement
Ability to decision, create, and execute with appropriate autonomy
Desire and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the need to balance multiple deliverables and competing timelines consistently

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $137,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
