Senior Facilities Operations Manager - JLL

What this job involves- The Sr Facilities Operations Manager will have the opportunity to be a part of the team shaping the IFM operational model being implemented on a first-generation outsourcing account. This position will be responsible for providing support for account the Facilities Management teams through oversite of multiple operational and back-office support functions. They will manage and coordinate work duties and take a hands-on role in development and oversite of the internal Assistant Facilities Management team supporting the account. They will work with the Operations Director in identifying, developing, and implementing new and existing best practices for all aspects of the IFM organization. 

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage and develop a team of Assistant Facility Managers and Concierge professionals by providing strategic leadership and guidance to support adherence to standard processes and controls and maintaining effective governance of multiple operational and back-office support functions.

  • Drive operational improvement through the development and implementation of IFM best practices associated with Corrigo management routines to ensure Facility Managers are maximizing time performing customer focused activities.

  • Identify additional areas of support in the Tenant and Landlord spaces supported that can be developed to alleviate stress on the Facility Managers and improve our service delivery model.

  • Develop and implement Corrigo governance routines to ensure consistent and efficient work order workflows. Perform regular work order audits and review results with management and team leads.

  • Perform effectiveness reviews on all managed programs to ensure continual improvement is occurring and drive innovation and process improvement for the account to maximize resources and results.

  • Collaborate directly with the Client, FM, Business Intelligence, PDS, and other account teams to develop routines that align with platform, region, account, and/or client goals and objectives.

  • Support the development and delivery of training materials for any new and existing processes affecting any aspect of the IFM organization.

  • Develop and analyze reporting on third party provider performance metrics. Work with sourcing and risk/compliance to ensure vendors are meeting their contractual obligations to JLL and the client.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively contributing to the development of best practices, process re-engineering, and other initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

  • Lead and inspire your team to execute day-to-day routines with excellence and prioritize delivering a positive customer experience.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing practices and procedures and Preventive Maintenance programs for Facilities Management teams

  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management Operations

  • Experience with managing teams of 6 or more including managers, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Design excellence in PowerPoint and skilled with functions and pivot tables in Excel

  • Experience using Corrigo CMMS system a must

  • Interest and excellence in organization, process mapping and public speaking/training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira and Business Intelligence tools like JLL Tracker, Azara, Power BI a plus

Location: Remote with 10% travel

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
