As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services for a strategic client account in Wrocław. Working on-site, you will oversee facilities operations across four locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a strong workplace experience for end users. This senior role combines leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on operational oversight in a dynamic, corporate environment. You will be a trusted partner to the client, leading teams and suppliers while ensuring safety, efficiency, and service quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across multiple sites in line with contract requirements and KPIs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client on all facilities-related matters, building strong, professional, and trusted relationships.
  • Lead and support on-site JLL teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong service-oriented culture.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors, ensuring service quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Oversee operational areas including PPM schedules, asset and lifecycle management, task management systems, and documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with Polish statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, and JLL and client standards.
  • Manage facilities-related projects, fit-outs, and operational changes, including escalation and crisis situations when required.
  • Control local budgets and operational spend, supporting cost optimization and financial transparency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience delivering integrated facilities management services within a corporate or complex site environment.
  • Solid understanding of hard services operations, supported by effective management of soft services.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, teams, and suppliers.
  • Good financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
  • Proven leadership capability, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to team and vendor management.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written) for daily cooperation with international stakeholders.
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused, with a high level of professionalism and personal accountability.
