As a Senior Facilities Manager within Corporate Accounts – Work Dynamics EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-performing, safe, and sustainable workplaces for our corporate clients. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across facility operations, workplace strategy, vendor management, and health & safety. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring that facilities actively support business performance and employee experience. Location: Kajetany, Nadarzyn - 30 minutes by car from Warsaw City Center


What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end facility operations, ensuring offices, shared spaces, and amenities are safe, efficient, and consistently well maintained.
  • Develop and execute strategic facility and workplace plans aligned with Work Dynamics and client objectives.
  • Manage facility budgets, contracts, and operational costs with strong financial discipline and transparency.
  • Own vendor and service provider relationships, from sourcing and negotiation through performance management and SLA compliance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on space planning, relocations, refurbishments, and workplace change projects.
  • Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance, including risk assessments, audits, and emergency preparedness.
  • Champion sustainability and energy management initiatives, embedding best practices and supporting green building standards.
  • Oversee facility-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong expertise in corporate facility management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to lead vendors, influence stakeholders, and manage service delivery at a senior level.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial acumen with confidence in budgeting, cost control, and financial systems such as SAP, JDE, and CAFM tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate workplace and space data into practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Clear, confident communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to engage across cultures.
  • Structured, solutions-oriented approach with strong project and change management capabilities.
  • Interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and modern workplace trends.
