What this job involves:

The Senior Facility Manager will have responsibility for the overall management of IFM as a business function for the city or cluster of sites under scope. This responsibility includes delivering key initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in IFM processes and service delivery. The role requires you to establish and nurture working relationships with key stakeholders including functional leads and other city or cluster leads within JLL as well as client organizations. This is a leadership role requiring efficient management of multiple teams working together to provide a professional, value-focused service aimed at constantly meeting or exceeding client expectations. You will act as the single point of contact for IFM business function, providing leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams while collaborating with GREF leadership to establish delivery strategies driven by continuous improvement, staying ahead, and achieving best-in-class results.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Act as the single point of contact for IFM business function in the city or cluster of sites, providing leadership to the JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams
  • Collaborate with GREF leadership team in the area, city, or cluster of sites to establish delivery strategies for IFM function from time to time, with key drivers including continuous improvement, staying ahead, and best-in-class service
  • Establish annual goals for IFM function in the city or cluster of sites aligning with overall client GREF global, regional, and local objectives, driving teams to achieve the same
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of client business and key factors influencing IFM function requirements, aligning with the Leadership Principles of the client
  • Manage relationships with all key GREF stakeholders and function leads (both client and JLL) for efficient delivery of IFM services
  • Lead and ensure implementation of 'raising the bar' initiatives to continuously improve the overall customer experience through IFM function customer touch points
  • Establish a robust business governance process including conducting regular business reviews (BRs) with GREF leadership for IFM function
  • Operate as a business manager, responsible for overall budget management – operational and capital budgets for the IFM function for the city or cluster of sites under responsibility, leading and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets including revenue, expenses, budget management, debtor targets, savings target, KPI, and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior facilities management or IFM leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to act as single point of contact for IFM business functions across city or cluster of sites
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple teams and service delivery operations
  • Experience establishing and achieving annual goals aligned with global, regional, and local objectives
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience operating as a business manager with responsibility for budget management (operational and capital)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets including revenue, expenses, budget management, debtor targets, savings targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of client business drivers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with GREF leadership teams to establish delivery strategies
  • Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement and 'raising the bar' initiatives
  • Experience establishing robust business governance processes and conducting regular business reviews
  • Strong understanding of IFM processes and service delivery consistency across multiple sites
  • Experience working with client Leadership Principles to align service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to improve customer experience through IFM function customer touch points
  • Experience managing relationships with both client and JLL functional leads
  • Track record of delivering professional, value-focused service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
