Senior Facilities Coordinator

South Korea - Seoul Full time

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our Real Estate & Facilities team in Korea. This is an amazing opportunity, reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities. This role ensures the optimal utilization, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s physical assets and spaces. Oversee day-to-day operations, facility maintenance, security, and compliance, ensuring that spaces meet operational needs and align with regulatory standards. Manage vendor relationships, space planning, and cost-efficient facilities operations to support the organization’s growth and sustainability. 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 

  • 5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong English communication skill

What will you be doing in this role? ​​​

  • Act as the main point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience. 

  • Issue visitor passes and strictly adhere to security protocols. 

  • Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain office and breakroom supplies for the assigned location. 

  • Manage on-site events, coordinate activities across teams, oversee setup and teardown, and ensure timely delivery of supplies. 

  • Handle assigned projects from end to end but not limited to office improvements and relocation.

  • Support colleagues and suppliers by providing resources and ensuring smooth operation of location-based processes. 

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of community spaces such as shared workstations, collaboration areas, and meeting rooms. 

  • Follow facility-specific security and emergency procedures, promptly notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all building occupants. 

  • Resolve and route a variety of service requests and issues from colleagues, contractors, and suppliers using internal management systems, ensuring timely resolution. 

  • Maintain project files, meeting minutes, correspondence, and follow-up documentation. 

  • Process and track purchase requisitions and change orders. 

  • Submit invoices to accounts payable and track approvals and payments. 

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including facilities and construction-related licenses, filings, building plans, and other documents in compliance with regulatory requirements. 

  • Identify areas for service improvement and efficiency. 

About the Team

The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is made up of 40+ colleagues across 12 countries.  We provide day-to-day facility management support, ensure the safety and sustainability of our offices, and provide strategic support and analysis on the effectiveness and utilization of our offices.  

Hours of Work

On-site position working 5 days a week Monday through Friday.
