Job Description Summary

The role of Finance Analyst shall be required to work closely with the Facilities Management team on its finance related transactions and ensure that billings, collections, payables, expenses, budgets and reports are duly prepared, accounted and maintained.

About the Role:

  • To prepare invoices with various FM Clients and ensure completeness and compliance with the required documents and schedules.
  • To ensure that collections are accounted and reconciled with our records, to monitor completeness of BIR Form 2307 from clients.
  • To process supplier’s invoices of FM Clients including issuance of BIR Form 2307 and ensure compliance with BIR’s requirement
  • To properly maintain and reconcile the COSS monitoring of each FM Clients.
  • To review submitted expense reports from various FM sites; ensure completeness, compliance and validity of the claimed expenses.
  • Preparation of monthly FM Revenue Report with variance analysis
  • Assists in annual operating plan for FM.
  • To perform Month End closing related to FM.
  • To prepare monthly bank reconciliations of FM Clients.
  • Perform other functions related to FM or assigned by Finance.

About You:

  • Knowledgeable in Accounting with at least 3 years’ working experience.
  • With pleasing personality and good moral character.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Dedication to work and has the drive to excellence
  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
