An opportunity has arisen for a Reward Expert within the CoE Performance and Reward team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The team
The team consists of 10 performance and reward professionals and focuses on our different business line areas – such as Retail, Wholesale Banking, Tech, and our Corporate Staff Departments. As Performance and Reward Expert you act as independent professional in an international context. You are comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels, using your familiarity with the latest trends on Performance and Reward. You are tech and data savvy and can understand and analyse data and have the execution power to get things done. Furthermore, in the role, you create, implement, and communicate Reward and Performance Management related guidelines, deliver the annual compensation cycle, undertake compensation benchmarking, and job grading. The role hierarchically reports to the Head of Performance & Reward Netherlands and works closely with our Global Performance & Reward team based in the same location.
Roles and responsibilities
Advise on job grading, interchangeability assessments and salary and variable remuneration structures.
Manage the cyclical compensation and performance management activities.
Manage and review Variable Remuneration plans and analyse data in that respect.
Develop, implement, improve and execute policies, processes and tools and ensure they are current, competitive and compliant. In addition, ensure they are correctly understood and executed in the organization.

Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
More than 6 years of work experience in a compensation and benefits department of a multinational organization or a consulting practice, dealing with systems, policies, data and multiple senior stakeholders
Operational experience with respect to reward data analysis, data processes, systems and preferably reporting and link to performance management
Knowledge of job grading (Korn Ferry Hay methodology) and interchangeability assessments
