The Opportunity
As part of the Experience Consulting team, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital experiences that bridge strategy, craft, and technology. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior designers, and cultivate meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of design and technology. This role offers the chance to shape the future of digital experience design, leveraging human insight and AI intelligence to create transformative products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative digital experiences

- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills
- Build and maintain substantial relationships with clients

- Stay updated on industry trends to inform design strategies
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience designing digital products or services
- A portfolio of your desktop, mobile and tablet design work is required for review
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role

- Proven ability in leading design projects and workstreams
- Proficiency in modern design tools and ecosystems
- Experience with AI-augmented workflows and methodologies
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Experience in building or managing enterprise-scale design systems

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
