Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Short & Corporate Programmes) (2-year contract)

[What the role is]

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of continuing education and corporate training programmes. This includes cultivating relationships with industry partners, co-developing solutions that meet workforce needs and ensuring high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.

[What you will be working on]

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Co-create customised training solutions that meet client and industry needs.
    • Leverage data and insights to tailor programme offerings, enhance client satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships that support organisational and sectoral growth.
  • Programme Development & Management
    • Design, plan, and manage short courses and corporate training programmes.
    • Conduct market research and needs analysis to identify training gaps and emerging trends.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and engaging course content.
  • Operations & Administration
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to automate administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Manage programme logistics and administration matters such as course registration, scheduling, budgeting, facilitator coordination and learner support.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

[What we are looking for]

We are looking for self-starters to join our Short and Corporate Programmes team. This role is ideal for proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces technology to improve efficiency and innovate programme delivery.

  • Qualifications in general discipline, preferably with at least 5 years of working experience.

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and functions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Resourceful, analytical and good conceptual skills.

  • Keen interest to learn and navigate the Skills Training and Enhancement Portal (STEP) is essential.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Microsoft Copilot) and digital collaboration platforms.

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s CET ecosystem and SkillsFuture initiatives is advantageous.
