Senior Executive/Assistant Manager / IT & Services Department (one-year contract)[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Programme Management Specialist who will provide operational and administrative support to the IT Department in managing procurement processes, financial workflows, and compliance documentation. This role ensures smooth coordination between IT, Finance, and external agencies, while driving process automation and communication initiatives.
• Procurement & Financial Processes
a) Support IT procurement activities in compliance with government and statutory board policies.
b) Process invoices and purchase orders accurately in Workday.
c) Maintain and update procurement templates
d) Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports
e) Verify invoices, download attachments, and update invoice and budget tracking files.
• Automation & Workflow Management
a) Design and implement automated flows for software whitelisting requests to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Communications & Documentation
a) Create and disseminate IT Service newsletters to stakeholders.
b) Maintain accurate records of procurement and IT service documentation.
• Data Preparation & Compliance Reporting
a) Assist in preparing and submitting data to MOE and GovTech Digital Government Programme (DGP).
b) Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Prerequisites
• Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, financial management, or programme management functions.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
