Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of all technical systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, UPS, Fire & Safety).

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical equipment and utilities.

• Attend and resolve technical breakdowns within defined TAT.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently to minimize downtime.

• Maintain equipment history, logs, and service records.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with AMC vendors and service contractors.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.

• Verify service reports and certify bills after validation.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms (Electrical safety, Fire NOC, Lift compliance, etc.).

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Support audits and inspections by statutory authorities.

Team Coordination

• Guide and supervise technicians and operators on-site.

• Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

• Conduct toolbox talks and basic technical training when required.
